These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in TOKYO LUXE LADIES CLUB (“the Club”).
By joining the Club or attending any of our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Club is limited to women aged 22 and above.
We especially welcome women with overseas experience, global perspectives, or career ambitions.
All participants must be legal adults and capable of attending events at their own responsibility.

2. Event Fees & Cancellation Policy

  • Each event may have a participation fee, which will vary depending on the venue and activity.

  • Payments must be completed prior to the event unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are treated as cancellations and will not be refunded.

3. Behavior & Participation Rules

To maintain a positive and inspiring community environment, all participants agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and kindness.

  • Avoid any form of harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behavior.

  • Follow the instructions of event organizers and venue staff where applicable.

4. Photography & Media Usage

By attending Club events, participants agree that:

  • Photos and videos taken during events may be used for social media posts, marketing materials, and promotional purposes.

  • If a participant prefers not to appear in photos or videos, they must notify the organizers in advance.

5. Business Activities & Networking

  • The Club does not prohibit business networking or professional conversations.

  • However, members are expected to communicate respectfully and avoid aggressive or unwanted solicitation.

6. Safety & Personal Responsibility

Our events may include activities such as:

  • Social gatherings in hotels and restaurants

  • Dining events

  • Sports activities (e.g., running)

  • Girls’ trips

  • Sauna or wellness experiences

Participants understand and agree that:

  • They are responsible for their own health and safety during all activities.

  • The organizers are not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or lost personal items.

  • Participants should assess their physical condition before joining any sports or wellness activity.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Personal information shared within the Club or among members should be treated respectfully and not disclosed without permission.

  • Contact information of other participants may not be used for unsolicited messaging or spam.

8. Changes to Terms

The Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will take effect upon posting, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
